Who is this service for?​

​

Men and Women in their thirties, forties and fifties looking to prioritise their health, fitness and wellbeing whilst building strength and confidence through strength training.

RE Coaching 1-1 coaching studio

Do I need to go to the gym as well as do sessions with you?

​

Depending on how many sessions you have with me a week and depending on your goals then it may be a good idea to do extra workouts in the gym or at home. I will program these workouts for you as part of the service and they will be delivered through my coaching app which has video tutorials of all exercises.

Do I need prior experience of exercising or going to the gym?

​​

No prior experience is needed, my coaching caters to all levels. Training in my private gym is the perfect place to start if you are a beginner.

How are the workouts delivered?

​

The workout programme is delivered through my coaching app which you will receive a sign up link for once you have signed up to my programme. There is no additional cost or subscription fee for you to use the app.

I have an existing injury/medical condition can I do the workouts?

​

You should always seek advice from a medical professional if you have any medical conditions or injuries. 

I’ve never tracked calories before, is that a problem?

​

Absolutely not! I can guide you through the process of tracking calories using popular tracking apps or if tracking isn’t for you then there are other ways of ensuring we are on track with our nutrition targets.

How much is the coaching?

​

Due to the fact there are different price points depending on how many sessions per week, it’s best for us to have a chat and find out the option that works best for you. This call also allows us to find out if we’re a good fit and to go over any other questions you may have.
