Hi, I’m Ryan, a personal trainer specialising in helping people get strong, break free from aches & pains and stiffness and boost their energy.

I’ve been where you are.

 

A decade ago, I had a life-threatening blood clot, and doctors told me I only survived because I had built a strong, healthy body.

 

That moment changed everything for me.

Now, as a new dad, I know firsthand how important it is to stay fit, strong, and full of energy—not just for yourself, but for the people who rely on you.

That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help people in Bexhill move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free—for life.

  • Do I need to be fit to start?

No! Most of my clients start with little to no experience. My training is designed to help beginners feel comfortable and build strength safely.

  • What if I have an injury or past pain? 

That’s exactly why strength training is so important! I tailor exercises to help you move pain-free and strengthen the muscles around problem areas.

  •  How often do I need to train?

Most of my clients train 1-3 times per week depending on their goals and schedule. Even once a week can make a huge difference!

  • Where are you located?

I train clients at my private gym in Bexhill.

  • How much is the coaching?

Prices vary depending on how many sessions you have per week/month. We will discuss how many we think will best suit you and what you want to achieve. Prices start from £100 per month.

  • What happens if I sign up and the program isn't for me?
